On Wednesday, July 4th world will celebrate 236 years the United States, the country and the nation that brought us Indian genocide and the liberation of Auschwitz, Dick Cheney and Noam Chomsky, the reality TV programs on the one hand and on the other and Toni Morrison (Here we are beer, clear we get a beer. This beer blog, no?) Bud Light and Resurrection of boutique beers in general and the IPA particular style.

The event will take place on Friday afternoon, between soap nuts 12-18, Veninkasi, Birdie's pub, in St. element 4, close to Bloomfield, to Naftali's liquor and beverage minister. There are plenty of parking nearby and lines 25 and 125 from Tel Aviv stop nearby. Will also be an American junk food (burgers, hot dogs, popcorn and chips) soap nuts and a performance by Shay Tochner and Mia Johanna Menachem playing soap nuts American folk.

So I apologize in advance soap nuts that it's going to be a little long. The US has over 1,500 breweries, so mentioning a favorite of mine it too hard. I live in the Chicago area (and is on a visit to Israel), so I will mention a few of my favorite beers from the Midwest: 1. New Holland - Dragon's Milk This milk stout aged in bourbon. milkshake of beers. 2. Founder's - Curmudgeon Old Ale. 3. Two Brothers soap nuts - Heave Handed soap nuts IPA 4. Three Floyds - Robert the Bruce Scottish Ale excellent Suffice it for now.
